Conditioning

Overall conditioning for all athletes. Classes will focus on speed, agility, reaction time, and overall body strength. Games, drills, and body weight exercises will be utilized to create fun and effective conditioning classes. 

Ages

Appropriate for athletes ages 8 and above. Athletes must be able to focus and complete an hour of training.

When

Winter Conditioning goes from January 9th to February 13.

Where

Practices are held at the Joaquin Miller Stairs near the Cascade Fountain.

Practices

Mondays and Wednesdays 4-5p.

Session 1

Dates: January 8 - January 22

Cost: $200

Session 2

Dates: January 27th - February 13

Cost: $240

Frequently Asked Questions

What age can join?

Any athlete 8 and older that can fully participate in 60-minutes of training.

Who is this for?

Any child looking to increase overall fitness levels for personal gains and/or sports.

What if my child cannot attend all days in the session, is it prorated?

Unfortunately the cost is for a spot in the class, not day to day. Prices will not be prorated.

What if it rains during a class time?

Classes are rain or shine unless the weather is extremely inclement.

What should by child bring?

All athletes should bring layers (jacket/sweatshirt), a yoga mat, and a water bottle.
