Strength classes aimed at functional strength for athletes. Athletes will take part in classes that focus on functional movements, core strength, and overall total body strength.

Middle and High School ages students.

Thursdays from 5:45-6:30p at the Coach's Gym.

What is the benefit of strength training?

Strength training helps build muscles and core to improve posture during athletics and can help reduce injuries.

What type of exercises will you do?

There will be a variety of exercises using bands, body weight, and free weights. Athletes will get a balanced, total body workout.

Is it safe to strength train in middle school?

Yes. The classes are tailored to middle and high school athletes and options are given in the class to accommodated all levels.
